Ayurveda, binlerce y\u0131l \u00f6nce Hindistan\u2019da ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en eski b\u00fct\u00fcnsel sa\u011fl\u0131k sistemlerinden \/ bilimlerinden \u00a0\/ geleneklerinden \/ felsefelerinden biri. Sankrit\u00e7e\u2019de \u201cayu\u201d hayat, \u201cveda\u201d bilgi\/bilim demek. Ayurveda, \u2018sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir hayat\u0131 nas\u0131l ya\u015fayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bilgisi\u2019 anlam\u0131na gelmektedir.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Arzu \u00d6zev<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ayurveda\u2019n\u0131n oda\u011f\u0131, do\u011fa ile uyum i\u00e7inde g\u00fcnl\u00fck bir rutin, beslenme \u015fekli ve ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imi belirleyerek tabiata uygun bir \u015fekilde, hasta olmadan ya\u015famak i\u00e7in gerekli \u00f6nlemleri almakt\u0131r. Yogan\u0131n ayr\u0131lmaz bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olan ayurveda be\u015f element prensibine dayan\u0131yor: Hava, su, ate\u015f, toprak, bo\u015fluk. Bu be\u015f element do\u011fada oldu\u011fu gibi insan bedeninde de mevcut. Ki\u015finin yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131, do\u011fas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelen <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cprakruti\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, bu be\u015f elementin niteliklerinden olu\u015fuyor ve \u00fc\u00e7 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dosha<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019ya kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k geliyor: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vata<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (hava ve bo\u015fluk), <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pitta<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (ate\u015f ve su) \u00a0ve <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kapha<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (toprak ve su). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prakruti\u2019nin (do\u011fan\u0131n) \u00fc\u00e7 prensibi var: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Satva<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (safiyet, s\u00fckunet, ne\u015fe), <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rajas<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (arzu, hareket, ihtiras), <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tamas<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (atalet, durgunluk, depresyon).<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do\u011fan\u0131n bu prensipleri her \u015fey i\u00e7in oldu\u011fu gibi yiyecekler i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erli. Beslenme bi\u00e7imimiz davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, ruh halimizi ve \u015fiddete y\u00f6nelimimizi belirliyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin i\u015flenmemi\u015f g\u0131dalar, tah\u0131l, bakliyat, kuruyemi\u015fler, mevsim sebze ve meyveleriyle, yani <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2018satvik\u2019<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> beslendi\u011fimizde zihnimiz s\u00fckunete kavu\u015fuyor, fiziksel, bedensel ve ruhsal olarak kendimizi daha mutlu, saf ve enerjik hissediyoruz. \u00d6fkemiz sakinle\u015fiyor, daha bar\u0131\u015f i\u00e7inde oluyoruz. \u00c7ay, kahve, \u015feker, fazla baharatl\u0131 yiyeceklerle <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2018rajasik\u2019<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 beslendi\u011fimizde ise endi\u015fe, evham tak\u0131nt\u0131lar, huzursuzluk, ajitasyon, \u00f6fke ve \u015fiddete y\u00f6nelim art\u0131yor. Alkol, fazla ya\u011fl\u0131 yiyecekler, k\u0131zartmalar, dondurulmu\u015f, beklemi\u015f, i\u015flenmi\u015f yiyecekler, k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et, tavuk gibi <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2018tamasik\u2019<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 bir beslenme \u015fekli ise bizi yorgunluk, isteksizlik, atalet ve depresyona s\u00fcr\u00fckl\u00fcyor. Bu y\u00fczden beslenme d\u00fczeninde dengenin bulunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ayurveda, satvik yiyeceklerin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 oldu\u011fu bir beslenme bi\u00e7imini \u00f6neriyor. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ayurveda\u2019ya g\u00f6re sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir insan\u0131n tan\u0131m\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Swastha<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Tam bir sa\u011fl\u0131k hali) <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>T\u00fcm doshalar\u0131 dengede olmal\u0131:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0Vata, pitta ve kapha dengeli bir halde olmal\u0131. Toksinler (ama) at\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman v\u00fccutta t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131klara yol a\u00e7arak ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini zay\u0131flat\u0131yorlar. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Duyu organlar\u0131, zihni ve ruhu hu\u015fu halinde olmal\u0131:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ayurveda\u2019da sinir sistemine, duyu organlar\u0131na ve zihin durumuna \u00f6zellikle \u00f6nem verilir. Bunlar denge i\u00e7inde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131klar\u0131nda hastal\u0131klar ba\u015f g\u00f6sterir. Ayurveda\u2019da, ki\u015finin zihinsel sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 fiziksel sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan daha bile \u00f6nemlidir.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>AYURVED\u0130K RUT\u0130N <\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ayurveda, \u00f6ncelikle hasta olmamak i\u00e7in gerekli \u00f6nlemleri al\u0131p, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bireyin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korumak, \u00a0hasta olan\u0131 ise tedavi etmek esas\u0131na dayan\u0131yor. Ayurveda\u2019ya g\u00f6re tam bir sa\u011fl\u0131k hali, zihin, beden ve ruhun kendi aralar\u0131nda ve evrenle aras\u0131ndaki uyum, dengede ve b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckte sakl\u0131. Bu uyumun bozulmas\u0131 ise sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bozulmas\u0131na ve hastal\u0131klara sebep oluyor. Ayurveda\u2019ya g\u00f6re sa\u011fl\u0131k ve mutlulu\u011fun s\u0131rr\u0131 d\u00fczenli bir g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fam.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ayurvedik ya\u015famda do\u011fayla uyumu yakalamak i\u00e7in sabah\u0131n erken saatlerinde kalkmaya ve sabah rutinine \u00e7ok \u00f6nem veriliyor. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">G\u00fcn\u00fcn belli saatlerinde vata, pitta ya da kapha dominant oluyor. G\u00fcnl\u00fck rutinimizi bu doshalara g\u00f6re belirledi\u011fimizde, do\u011fa ile uyum haline geliyoruz. \u00d6rne\u011fin Kapha; sabahlar\u0131 ve ak\u015famlar\u0131 dominant oluyor. Pitta, \u00f6\u011fle zaman\u0131 ve gece yar\u0131s\u0131; Vata ise g\u00fcn do\u011farken ve g\u00fcnbat\u0131m\u0131nda aktif. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde mevsimleri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurdu\u011fumuzda da kapha (toprak ve su) zaman\u0131 k\u0131\u015f biterken, ilkbahar\u0131n ilk zamanlar\u0131; pitta (ate\u015f ve su) zaman\u0131 ilkbahar\u0131n sonu, yaz zamanlar\u0131; vata (hava ve bo\u015fluk) \u00a0zaman\u0131 ise sonbahar\u0131n biti\u015fi ve k\u0131\u015f mevsimi. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ayurveda, insan\u0131n do\u011fan\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 oldu\u011fu ve do\u011fa ile uyum i\u00e7inde oldu\u011fumuzda ger\u00e7ek anlamda sa\u011fl\u0131ktan bahsedebilece\u011fimiz esas\u0131na dayan\u0131yor. Bu y\u00fczden de Ayurveda\u2019da g\u00fcne\u015fin ritmine g\u00f6re belirlenmi\u015f g\u00fcnl\u00fck rutine \u00e7ok \u00f6nem veriliyor. Prakruti do\u011fu\u015ftan sabit olup de\u011fi\u015fmemekle birlikte, doshalar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n dengesi ya\u015fam bi\u00e7iminize, ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131za, yiyip i\u00e7tiklerinize, mesle\u011finize, \u00e7evre ve mevsim ko\u015fullar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak bozulabiliyor. Doshalardaki bu dengesizli\u011fe <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vikruti<\/span><\/i> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ad\u0131 veriliyor. Vikruti \u00f6n\u00fc kesilmedi\u011fi zaman hastal\u0131klara sebep olabiliyor. \u00c7e\u015fitli ayurvedik terapiler yoluyla, (masajlar, bitkisel takviyeler, yoga, nefes, meditasyon, do\u011fru beslenme) vikruti tekrar denge haline sokularak, ki\u015finin kendi do\u011fas\u0131yla uyum i\u00e7ine girmesi sa\u011flan\u0131yor. \u0130yile\u015fmenin kal\u0131c\u0131 olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in de ki\u015finin hayat ko\u015fullar\u0131na uygun bir ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 haritas\u0131 belirleniyor. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A\u015fa\u011f\u0131da k\u0131saca doshalar\u0131n \u00f6zellikleri, dengesizli\u011fin sebepleri, semptomlar\u0131 ve doshalar\u0131 dengelemekle ilgili bilgi edinebilirsiniz. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Vata Dosha<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Hava ve Bo\u015fluk) <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Vata \u00d6zellikleri: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0130nce ve hafif beden yap\u0131s\u0131na sahiptir.
