K\u00fclli irade insana ait olmay\u0131p daha \u00fcst d\u00fczeye ait, Tanr\u0131n\u0131n iradesi olarak tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130slam inanc\u0131na g\u00f6re Allah her \u015feyi bilir ve g\u00f6r\u00fcr; dolay\u0131s\u0131yla her \u015feyi her an etkileyebilece\u011fi ve de\u011fi\u015ftirebilece\u011fi inanc\u0131 h\u00e2kimdir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d6te yandan insan\u0131n c\u00fczi (ki\u015fisel) iradesi de vard\u0131r. \u0130nsan karar verip se\u00e7ebilir ve ya\u015fam\u0131na y\u00f6n verebilir. 17. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ortalar\u0131nda Avrupa\u2019da ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ak\u0131m\u0131 akla ve \u00f6zg\u00fcr iradeye \u00f6nem vermi\u015fti. O d\u00f6nemde Newton ve \u00e7a\u011fda\u015flar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan ileri s\u00fcr\u00fclen akla ve Aristo mant\u0131\u011f\u0131na dayal\u0131 yorum ve a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131 d\u00f6rt tane \u00f6nemli ilkeye dayan\u0131yordu. Bunlar <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nesnellik, pozitiflik, indirgeyicilik ve yerellik<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ilkeleridir. Bu ilkelerden daha \u00f6nceki bir say\u0131da ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 \u015fekilde s\u00f6z ettim (*). K\u0131saca tekrarlamak gerekirse, Nesnellik ilkesine g\u00f6re evrende var olan canl\u0131lar ve cans\u0131zlar birbirlerinden ayr\u0131 ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zd\u0131rlar. Onlar hakk\u0131nda kesin yarg\u0131lara ula\u015fabilmek i\u00e7in deney ve g\u00f6zlemler yapmak gerekir. Deney ve g\u00f6zlemlerin evrenselli\u011fini savunabilmek i\u00e7in ise, sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 say\u0131sal olarak belirlemek gerekir. \u0130\u015fte bu bak\u0131\u015f\u0131n sonucunda pozitiflik g\u00fc\u00e7 kazanm\u0131\u015f ve pozitif bilimler geli\u015fmi\u015ftir. \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcn bir sonucu da \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ayn\u0131 \u015fartlar alt\u0131nda tekrarlanan her deney daima ayn\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 verir<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d \u015feklinde belirtilen belirlilik veya determinizm ilkesinin yayg\u0131n kabul g\u00f6rmesidir. Her ne kadar pozitif bilim ve ondan t\u00fcreyen teknoloji s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olsa da \u00e7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck cisimler (atom ve \u00e7ekirdek) veya \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck cisimler (galaksi ve g\u00f6kada) d\u00fczeyinde \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm yapmak anlam\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmekte hatta imk\u00e2ns\u0131z olmaktad\u0131r. <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>E\u011fer canl\u0131 sistemi \u00e7evresi ile bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olu\u015fturdu\u011funu kabul edersek, t\u00fcm canl\u0131lar a\u00e7\u0131k ve belirsizlik i\u00e7eren sistemlerdir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla belirli yasalarla tan\u0131mlanamazlar. \u015eu halde \u00f6zg\u00fcr irade sadece a\u00e7\u0131k sistemlerde ve \u00f6zellikle geli\u015fmi\u015f canl\u0131larda vard\u0131r.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kuantum kuram\u0131n\u0131n \u201cBelirsizlik ilkesini\u201d ileri s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f olan Heisenberg, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcn bir limiti oldu\u011funu ve \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm aletleri ne kadar geli\u015firse geli\u015fsin bu limitin a\u015f\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savunmu\u015ftur. Zira \u00e7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck boyutlarda bir nesnenin ya yeri ya da h\u0131z\u0131 (momentumu) b\u00fcy\u00fck bir kesinlikle \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilir. Birinde kesin sonu\u00e7 elde etmek istersek, di\u011ferinin kesinli\u011fi azal\u0131r. \u00c7evremizde ve insan s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda da, olaylar\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kesinlikle bilebilece\u011fimizi ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fcyle belirli olu\u015flar\u0131ndan s\u00f6z edemeyiz. Sevgiyi, a\u015fk\u0131 veya kini nefreti say\u0131ya d\u00f6kmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn m\u00fcd\u00fcr? M\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 da bu gibi insani \u00f6zellikler pozitif bilimlerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131na itilmi\u015f, adeta k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsenerek yok say\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kuantum kuram\u0131 determinist bir kuram de\u011fildir. Belirli ve sonucu kesinlikle bilinebilecek \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm yerine \u201colas\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u201d kavram\u0131n\u0131 kabul eder. Bu bak\u0131mdan Kuantum Kuram\u0131n\u0131n matemati\u011fi olas\u0131l\u0131k hesab\u0131na dayan\u0131r. Kuram bir olay\u0131n sadece olu\u015fma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan s\u00f6z eder. Ancak bu kuramda dahi gizli bir belirlilik vard\u0131r. Zira t\u00fcm olas\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n toplam\u0131n\u0131n bire e\u015fit oldu\u011funu kabul eder. Bunun anlam\u0131: olu\u015fabilecek t\u00fcm durumlar\u0131 \u00f6nceden biliyoruz ama bu durumlardan hangisinin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kesinlikle bilemiyoruz demektir. T\u00fcm olas\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n toplam\u0131 bire e\u015fit oldu\u011funu <\/span><b>\u2211<\/b><b>i <\/b><b>P<\/b><b>i<\/b><b> =1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ifadesi belirtmektedir. Bu denklemde \u201ci\u201d birden ba\u015flay\u0131p tam say\u0131larla tan\u0131mlanan farkl\u0131 olas\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 belirtir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d6rne\u011fin zar\u0131n alt\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fc vard\u0131r ve herhangi bir y\u00fcz\u00fcn \u00fcste gelme olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131da birdir. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir sonu\u00e7 olas\u0131 de\u011fildir. Anlam\u0131 da s\u00f6z konusu sistemin kapal\u0131 bir k\u00fcme olu\u015fturdu\u011fu ve bu k\u00fcmenin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda herhangi bir durumun olu\u015famayaca\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oysaki do\u011fada her canl\u0131 sistem \u00e7evresi ile etkile\u015fir ve enerji al\u0131\u015f-veri\u015finde bulunur. Bu da canl\u0131 sistemlerin a\u00e7\u0131k olduklar\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelir. E\u011fer canl\u0131 sistemi \u00e7evresi ile bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olu\u015fturdu\u011funu kabul edersek, t\u00fcm canl\u0131lar a\u00e7\u0131k ve belirsizlik i\u00e7eren sistemlerdir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla belirli (determinist) yasalarla tan\u0131mlanamazlar. \u015eu halde \u00f6zg\u00fcr irade sadece a\u00e7\u0131k sistemlerde ve \u00f6zellikle geli\u015fmi\u015f canl\u0131larda vard\u0131r. Geli\u015fmi\u015f canl\u0131lar s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na t\u00fcm hayvanlar\u0131 ve elbette ki insanlar\u0131 katmak gerekir. T\u00fcm canl\u0131lar etki-tepki yasas\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7apta uyduklar\u0131ndan, davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nceden tahmin etmek bir miktar m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olsa da kesinlikle iddia etmek ve savunmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Zira t\u00fcm canl\u0131lar\u0131n se\u00e7im haklar\u0131 vard\u0131r ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrd\u00fcrler.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Zira her davran\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ve a\u011fz\u0131m\u0131zdan \u00e7\u0131kan her s\u00f6z\u00fcn sorumlusu biziz. Ba\u015f\u0131m\u0131za gelen naho\u015f ve \u00fcz\u00fcc\u00fc olaylarda da kendi pay\u0131m\u0131z vard\u0131r. Bu pay az veya \u00e7ok olabilir ama her olayda pay\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n oldu\u011funu ve bir miktar sorumlu oldu\u011fumuzu hat\u0131rlay\u0131p d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor muyuz?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ancak, t\u00fcm canl\u0131lar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcr iradeleri hem vard\u0131r hem de yoktur. \u0130nsan da se\u00e7im yapabildi\u011fine g\u00f6re \u00f6zg\u00fcr irade sahibidir. \u00d6te yandan, insan\u0131 ba\u011flayan ve \u00f6zg\u00fcr iradesini k\u0131s\u0131tlayan i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f \u015fartlar da vard\u0131r. \u0130nsan\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131tlayan i\u00e7 \u015fartlara \u201cvicdan\u201d denir. Ki\u015fiyi kendi davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bir yarg\u0131da bulunmaya iten, ki\u015finin kendi ahl\u00e2k de\u011ferleri \u00fczerine dolays\u0131z ve kendili\u011finden yarg\u0131lama yapmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan g\u00fcce vicdan diyoruz. Demek ki, vicdan ile ahl\u00e2k yak\u0131ndan ili\u015fkilidir ve as\u0131l ahl\u00e2k, toplum taraf\u0131ndan dayat\u0131lmayan, ki\u015finin vicdan\u0131ndan kaynaklanan erdemli ahl\u00e2kt\u0131r. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0130nsan ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplum \u201cnormlar\u0131n\u201d yasa ve kurallar\u0131na uymak zorundad\u0131r. Aksi takdirde d\u0131\u015flan\u0131r ve toplum d\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131r. Demek ki \u00f6zg\u00fcr irademiz k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131d\u0131r ve eskilerin ifadesiyle c\u00fczidir. Bu k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 olu\u015f halini de belirten kavramlardan baz\u0131lar\u0131 birliktelik, beraberlik ve b\u00fct\u00fcnsellik say\u0131labilir. Hepsinde de ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc ve sevgi bulunur. \u0130nsan sevdi\u011fi veya sevdikleri ile beraber oldu\u011fu s\u00fcrece mutlu olur ve onlarla b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ferek erdemli bir ki\u015filik kazan\u0131r. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0130\u015fte, bu b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fck ve birliktelik kavramlar\u0131n\u0131 klasik fizikte de\u011fil, kuantum fizi\u011finde buluyoruz. Kuantum fizi\u011findeki bu birlikteli\u011fe dolan\u0131kl\u0131k denilmektedir. Dolan\u0131k hale gelmi\u015f nesneleri birbirlerinden ne kadar ay\u0131r\u0131rsan\u0131z ay\u0131r\u0131n, onlar an\u0131nda birbirlerinden haberdar olurlar. An\u0131nda derken, \u0131\u015f\u0131k h\u0131z\u0131ndan bile daha h\u0131zl\u0131 \u015fekilde haberle\u015firler demek istiyorum.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dolan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 Einstein, Podolsky ve Rosen adl\u0131 fizik\u00e7iler adlar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f harfiyle bilinen EPR d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce deneyinde ileri s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015fler ve g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini 1935 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131nlam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu \u00fc\u00e7 bilim adam\u0131na g\u00f6re t\u00fcm etkile\u015fmeler yerel olmal\u0131d\u0131r ve asla \u0131\u015f\u0131k h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 a\u015famazlar. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f yukar\u0131da s\u00f6z\u00fc edilen yerellik ilkesinden kaynaklanmakta ve klasik fizikte ge\u00e7erli olmazsa-olmaz \u015fartlar\u0131ndan biridir. Oysaki 1982 y\u0131l\u0131nda Frans\u0131z fizik\u00e7i Alain Aspect<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dolan\u0131k halde olan elektronlar\u0131n yerelli\u011fe uymad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve \u0131\u015f\u0131ktan daha h\u0131zl\u0131 bir h\u0131zla birbirlerini etkilediklerini deneysel olarak kan\u0131tlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Demek ki Kuantum d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda yerellik de, nesnellik de ge\u00e7erli de\u011fildir. Zira dolan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sa\u011flayan nesneler-aras\u0131 tek ve b\u00fct\u00fcnsel bir dalga oldu\u011fundan, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z ve yal\u0131t\u0131k nesne kavram\u0131 Kuantum kuram\u0131na g\u00f6re ge\u00e7erlili\u011fini kaybetmektedir. Mikro \u00e2lemde ge\u00e7erli olan dolan\u0131kl\u0131k olay\u0131 makro \u00e2lemde de ge\u00e7erli midir ve bu olay nas\u0131l a\u00e7\u0131klanmal\u0131d\u0131r?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kuantum kuram\u0131na g\u00f6re her nesne hem dalga hem de par\u00e7ac\u0131k \u00f6zelli\u011fine sahiptir. Art\u0131k dalga ayr\u0131 ve par\u00e7ac\u0131k ayr\u0131d\u0131r, diyemiyoruz. I\u015f\u0131k \u00f6rne\u011fin, hem dalgasal giri\u015fim yapar hem de par\u00e7ac\u0131k gibi davran\u0131p etkide bulunabilir. Elimizi uzatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda a\u00e7\u0131lan kap\u0131lar veya akan musluklar \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n maddi par\u00e7ac\u0131k gibi davranmas\u0131ndan yararlan\u0131r. Yani, y\u00fcksek frekansl\u0131 bir \u0131\u015f\u0131k huzmesi bir metalden elektron koparabilir ve elektron ak\u0131m\u0131ndan olu\u015fan elektrik ak\u0131m\u0131 sayesinde bir alet \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilir. Fotoelektrik olay \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n par\u00e7ac\u0131k \u00f6zelli\u011fini kan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sadece atom alt\u0131 par\u00e7ac\u0131klar ve \u0131\u015f\u0131k bu ikili \u00f6zellikleri ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131yor; her nesne en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckten en b\u00fcy\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne kadar hem dalga hem de par\u00e7ac\u0131k \u00f6zelli\u011fine sahiptir. Klasik <\/span><b>Aristo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mant\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re bir nesne hem dalga hem par\u00e7ac\u0131k olamaz. Zira bu mant\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00d6zde\u015flik ilkesine g\u00f6re bir \u015fey ne ise odur; hem kendisi hem de kendisinden farkl\u0131 bir \u015fey olamaz. Ama Kuantum kuram\u0131 aksini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor: \u201cBir \u015fey hem kendisi hem de kendisinden farkl\u0131 bir \u015fey olabilir\u201d diyor. \u00a0Demek ki \u00f6zde\u015flik ilkesi modern bilime g\u00f6re ge\u00e7erli de\u011fildir ve Aristo mant\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bu ilkesini de\u011fi\u015ftirmek gerekir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aristo mant\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fan ve Kuantum kuram\u0131n\u0131n bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eren yeni bir mant\u0131\u011fa gerek vard\u0131r. Bu mant\u0131\u011fa \u201c<\/span><b>Hem-Hem mant\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d denebilir. Hem-Hem mant\u0131\u011f\u0131 ne Sa\u00e7akl\u0131 mant\u0131\u011fa ne de Hegel\u2019in Diyalektik (Eyti\u015fim) mant\u0131\u011f\u0131na benzer. \u00a0Eyti\u015fim mant\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">genel anlamda \u00e7eli\u015fki ve ba\u011f\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131l\u0131k kavramlar\u0131yla i\u015fleyen bir mant\u0131k bi\u00e7imi olsa da, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/tr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Formel_mant%C4%B1k\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Formel (kurallara ba\u011fl\u0131) mant\u0131\u011f\u0131n<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> temel kavramlar\u0131n\u0131 ve kategorilerini bir tarafa atmaz, aksine ayn\u0131 kavram\u0131 ve kategorileri yeniden yorumlan\u0131r. Eyti\u015fim mant\u0131\u011f\u0131 tez-antitez-sentez ili\u015fkisini geli\u015ftirirken kar\u015f\u0131t kavramlar\u0131 ba\u015ftan kabul eder. Kar\u015f\u0131t kavramlar do\u011fal de\u011fildirler, insan \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcrler. \u201c\u015eu insan k\u0131sa boylu\u201d veya \u201cuzun boylu\u201d dedi\u011fimizde, ortalama insana g\u00f6re ki\u015fisel bir yorum yapm\u0131\u015f oluruz. Fakat bir \u00fclkenin ortalama insan boyu, di\u011fer bir \u00fclkenin ortalama insan boyundan \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 olabilir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla uzun-k\u0131sa ay\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 temelde hatal\u0131d\u0131r. Hem-Hem mant\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ay\u0131r\u0131ml\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131t kavramlar ve tan\u0131mlar ba\u015ftan ret edildi\u011finden, \u00e7eli\u015fkili \u00f6nermeler de kendili\u011finden yok olur. S\u0131n\u0131flar ve kategoriler de ba\u015ftan ret edildi\u011finden, Hem-hem mant\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k bir mant\u0131kt\u0131r.
