GWD kurucusu Belgin Aksoy Berkin, \u201cBir g\u00fcn t\u00fcm ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirebilir\u201d slogan\u0131yla 86 K\u00fcresel \u0130yi Ya\u015fam El\u00e7isi, 3 dan\u0131\u015fman ve 23 ana destek\u00e7iden olu\u015fan bir uluslararas\u0131 a\u011fa ilham verdi ve bu y\u0131l 110\u2019dan fazla \u00fclkede ve 4300\u2019den fazla noktada <strong>\u00fccretsiz<\/strong>\u00a0iyi ya\u015fam etkinlikleri d\u00fczenlenmesine \u00f6n ayak oldu. Bu kadar erken bir ya\u015fta bedensel ve zihinsel iyili\u011fe, yani wellness\u2019e odaklanmak o kadar \u00f6nemli ki, d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131ndaki depresyon ve obezite oranlar\u0131n\u0131 ve hatta su\u00e7 i\u015fleme say\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 bile azaltmaya yard\u0131mc\u0131 olabilir.<\/em>\u201d Bilgisini verdi.<\/p>\n<p>Belgin Aksoy Berkin bu ama\u00e7la 10 Ekim 2017 g\u00fcn\u00fc ABD\u2019nin Florida eyaletindeki Palm Beach\u2019te 42 \u00fclkeden 600 delegenin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla <strong>GWD \u00c7ocuklar Projesini (GWD Kids Project)<\/strong>\u00a0a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. A\u00e7\u0131klama s\u0131ras\u0131nda GWD el\u00e7ileri ve 40 \u00e7ocuk sahnede Berkin\u2019e kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Sayg\u0131n \u00fcniversiteler, klinikler ve uluslararas\u0131 iyi ya\u015fam liderleri ile dan\u0131\u015f\u0131larak olu\u015fturulan proje e\u011fitim program\u0131 2018\/2019 \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131nda uygulanacak ve daha sonraki y\u0131llarda da okul \u00f6ncesinde her sabah 5 dakika iyi ya\u015fam egzersizi ve ilk\u00f6\u011fretim okullar\u0131nda haftada 1 saat iyi ya\u015fam dersi i\u00e7erecek. GWD \u00c7ocuklar Projesi \u00fc\u00e7 \u00f6nemli konuya odaklanacak:\u00a0<strong>Kendini sevmek, nefes almak, fark\u0131ndal\u0131k. <\/strong>\u00c7ocuklar daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olmak ve streslerini y\u00f6netmek i\u00e7in nefes al\u0131p verme egzersizlerini \u00f6\u011frenecekler; duygusal ve bedensel esenliklerini geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131 (fark\u0131nda yemek yemekten fark\u0131nda do\u011fa y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015flerine kadar) \u00f6\u011frenecekler ve; utan\u00e7, \u00f6fke, su\u00e7luluk duygular\u0131n\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131p kendini huzurlu, bar\u0131\u015f i\u00e7inde hissetmeyi, kendilerini ve ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131 kabul etmeyi \u00f6\u011frenecekler.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kendini sevmek <\/strong>e\u011fitimiyle proje \u00f6nce kendimizi sevmeyi, sonra da etraf\u0131m\u0131zdaki insanlar\u0131\/hayvanlar\u0131 sevmeyi \u00f6\u011freterek <strong>depresyonu<\/strong>\u00a0azaltmay\u0131 hedefleyecek. <strong>Fark\u0131ndal\u0131k<\/strong>\u00a0e\u011fitimi ise fark\u0131ndal\u0131kla yemek yemeyi \u00f6\u011freterek <strong>obeziteyi<\/strong>\u00a0azaltacak. <strong>Nefes almak<\/strong> e\u011fitimiyle de proje <strong>su\u00e7 oranlar\u0131n\u0131n <\/strong>azalt\u0131lmas\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunacak. Cezaevlerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma, kendilerini sakinle\u015ftirecek fazladan bir nefes almay\u0131 bilebilselerdi \u00e7o\u011fu su\u00e7lunun, nevrotik bir zihinleri olmad\u0131k\u00e7a, olumsuz eylemlerinden vaz ge\u00e7eceklerini ortaya koymu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>GWD\u2019nin Tayland el\u00e7isi Andrew Jacka projeyi Tayland E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na sunacak ve <strong>Tayland<\/strong>\u00a0projeyi okullarda ilk uygulayacak pilot \u00fclke olacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GWD 2018\u2019in temas\u0131: \u00c7ocuklar\u0131n \u0130yi Ya\u015fam\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2018-2019 d\u00f6nemi i\u00e7in \u00e7ocuklara iyi ya\u015fam bilincini a\u015f\u0131lamak amac\u0131yla GWD Kids Project (GWD \u00c7ocuk Projesi) hayata ge\u00e7irildi. BM\u2019nin ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131na g\u00f6re d\u00fcnyada \u00e7ocuk ve ergen n\u00fcfusun %5\u2019i depresyonda oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 \u00e7ekiyor. Bu sebeple, proje ile anaokulu ve ilkokullarda kendini sevme, nefes e\u011fitimi, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme, do\u011fa y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fc vb. konularda bilin\u00e7li fark\u0131ndal\u0131k yaratacak wellness dersleri verilebilecek.<\/p>\n<p>GWD \u00c7ocuk projesi, Miami-Palm Beach\u2019te d\u00fczenlenen 11.
